Z.P.H. Frezwid Sp.j. has been very successful in the area of machining services, mostly because of the constant growth of its technical capacity and the company's investment in the most technologically advanced production machines.

 

We sharpen, repair, and refurbish machining tools, to include:

  • sharpening and refurbishing of carbide-tipped blade saws;
  • sharpening and refurbishing of side milling and shank cutters;
  • sharpening and repair of DP diamond tools;
  • sharpening and setting of steel saws;
  • sharpening, setting, and welding of band saws;
  • sharpening of planer knives.

CNC machining

Using our modern machinery that is required in the production of tools, we provide services in machining on conventional and CNC machines, such as:

 

  • 3-, 4-, and 5-axial CNC machining: max. 1,660 x 510 x 510 mm.
  • Conventional machining: max. 850 x 340 x 500 mm.

Quality control

We pay special attention to conformity of our products to the technical documentation. It should be mentioned that our Quality Control Department can verify conformity, in addition to conventional measurement devices, with a coordinate measurement machine made by Mitutoyo and an optical measurement machine made by WALTER AG.
